"B and B goes against all the bad stuff you hear about repair shops. They go out of your way to explain in detail what's wrong, and they present to you options. You never get the feeling you're being taken or ripped off. After they repair your car, they show you what the old pieces look like (nice touch there, and also a great confirmation that they've actually put a new part in there) and tell you how to best maintain your car to prolong and preserve the life of the parts and vehicle. Everything is really top notch and the price is extremely competitive. I think this place is the place to go, especially for those who don't know much about cars and feel afraid of dealer-like quotes. You feel like you can really trust them."
